Now do it on Windows!! Now that *would* probably take an afternoon.
Done! Just had to install PyGTK. (Luckily for me, meld is written in Python, so there was no need to mess with MinGW :P)
From taking a quick look, I don't see meld's advantage over WinMerge (other than being cross-platform).
