Even when I used the TNCs , I didnt used AMTOR or PACTOR. So, havent lost anything there. I seem to be able to copy many more signals now, than when I was using them too, mainly becuase there are many more signals there. The sound card programs have opened up the world of digital to most hams, they just have to take the bull by the horn and do it.
