If you have a capable TNC, you can use it and soundcard RTTY
together to get
- diversity decoding (independent text streams from each)
- the ability to decode a DX station and the pileup when both are
within the receiver's passband
- point-and-click tuning on a spectrum or waterfall display
WinWarbler supports this "dual receive" capability with the MMTTY
engine and most TNCs (KAM, PK232, MFJ). Its free, and available via
www.qsl.net/dxlab .
