What, please, do BPL and P3 have in common? (Other than frequent and well-founded complaints about QRMing other spectrum users?) P3 is a mode that is best utilized on dedicated spectrum vs multi-mode shared spectrum. It is more suitable to commercial, public service, and maritime communications and there is tons of spectrum assigned to those services.
