Hello Patrick, Downloaded and installed it...connected to VE5MU dispite alot of QRN and QRM...worked well then I got alot of Windows errors....reverted to the previous version and so far no errors but will try get more information....must be a "contest" on now (like every weekend anymore) so there was RTTY QRM on the freq we were using. Suspect the exception Windows errors are my issue and will try to see what is going on.
Again thanks for all your efforts...the ARQ FAE and UNPROTO modes are most interesting! 73, Bill N9DSJ --- In digitalradio@yahoogroups.com, "Patrick Lindecker" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Hello to all, > > I have modified the test version of Mutipsk, mainly on: > * for ARQ FAE, addition of a "Soft decision Memory ARQ", to limit the number of repetitions to the minimum (one or two), > * for other 141A modes, inversion of the BER counting (quality of reception relatively to errors) to be compatible with Mars-ALE and PCale (now 30 is the best and 0 the worst). > > The protocol is slightly modified. > > This new test version in a ZIP test package is available in my site http://f6cte.free.fr/MULTIPSK_TEST_24_02_2007.ZIP (copy and paste this adress in Internet Explorer (or equivalent) Net adress field). > It contains the Multipsk test version, the help files (in English and French) and the specifications (in English) of the ARQ FAE mode. > Create a tempory folder (C:/TEST, for example), unzip the files in it and start C:\TEST\TEST\Multipsk.exe (the auxiliary files will be created automatically). > > 73 > Patrick >
