Are we under the same power constraints as PSK or is full power allowed (meaning w/o linear) for JT65?

I was running 20 watts / rotatable dipole on the tower at 75 feet. Cesco's antenna is a low G5RV with a barefoot rig. He usually runs 50 watts on digital.
