Using Patrick's RSID idea there's a lot we can do, in brief: 1) I agree - it's not needed for PSK31 also it's wider than PSK31, with RTTY I would suggest not using it with 45.45 baud although it's not a big problem. Users should know when they're looking at a PSK31 signal. 2) I'll add more RSID documentation in DM780. 3) There's something called CALL-ID where you can add your call, so I could alert users that K3UK is on 20m looking for Olivia QSO's (or something like that). I haven't added CALL-ID yet.
