Thanks Simon, "WE" have been trying the NBEMS for a week or so now. "WE" have been able to operate peer-to-peer from within Fldigi in virtually every mode, but have yet to be able to make a connection using Flarq. Try as we will, it just has not happened no matter what.
The "WE" is not really that important right now, other than it does involve official emergency communications. Please understand, I am not trying to be secretive or vague, just for the sake of this issue, the "who" simply should have no bearing at all.
