I got the Runtime error until I extracted the files to their own folder and ran it from there. I also got a 'file not found', but I had the same with another program I tried to install the other day, exactly the same file not found - something about a 5MHz log.msi file, and by cancelling the error message several times both programs eventually loaded up OK.
