Jose, I should give up on this discussion if I were you. The genie is out of the bottle and you wont be able to get it back in on this forum, whatever the technical arguments are. My advice would be to forget the debate, let those in the USA sort out their own administration problems by *them* petitioning the ARRL and/or the FCC (not sure which way round it has to go) if they want to use the mode. If I were you I'd just concentrate efforts on developing the program and let those of us that are fortunate that we don't live in the USA use and develop the mode. Dave (G0DJA)
