I have the Signalink USB soundcard, actually I have 2 of them now. I have no problem using it with HRD, WSPR, full rig control.
Comes time to use it on WSJT, I can get it to receive but only once. When I transmit, the Tx audio goes to the system speakers, in spite of not being configured to go there. Ok, no problem, close the app and restart. I then get a an error message and the program closes. Yes, VISTA. Here is the error message I get in the DOS window. ****************************************************************** WSJT Version 7.03 r1090 , by K1JT Revision date: 2009-03-03 11:03:26 -0500 (Tue, 03 Mar 2009) Run date: Mon Mar 22 09:40:38 2010 UTC Audio Input Output Device Name Device Channels Channels ------------------------------------------------------------------ 0 2 0 Microsoft Sound Mapper - Input 1 1 0 Microphone (2- USB Audio CODEC 2 0 2 Microsoft Sound Mapper - Output 3 0 6 Speakers (Realtek High Definiti 4 0 2 Realtek HDMI Output (Realtek Hi 5 0 2 Realtek Digital Output (Realtek 6 0 1 Speakers (2- USB Audio CODEC ) User requested devices: Input = 1 Output = 6 Default devices: Input = 0 Output = 2 Will open devices: Input = 1 Output = 6 Error opening input audio stream.
