I'm all for it....I've been "anti-ROS" since I read the Spread Spectrum description in the original documentation.
My point, and Siegfried's as well, is that you can't say that a whole multi-mode package is illegal simply because one mode in it is illegal. I think that is fairly supportive of all of the other LEGAL modes out there, of which there are dozens!
