I have learned much by following the ROS/USA Cluster F. I see there is a plausible out for those of us wishing to use the software.
It appears that all the sub-modes in the ROS software are not SS. I am not that good an engineer to decide for myself so here am asking all, which of the sub modes are OK ? david/wd4kpd -- God's law is set in stone : everything else is negotiable
