Hi, I need some general instructions for how to setup XDirectFB. I need to test if XDirectFB works OK and if so how well. The reason being because its up for consideration for use in a project called Rox OS (http://roxos.sunsite.dk) that I am helping out with. So far I have found instructions for how to compile XDirectFB in gentoo but nothing beyond that. I'm fairly new to Linux although I have managed to get my own customised system up and running with gentoo. I'm currently running gnome on X. If possible I'd like to know what config files I need to edit. If anyone could point me in the right direct then it would be much appreciated.
