Hi All,

I use a lot the dirvish solution because it is a excellent idea of daily
backup with zero recovery setup time and great disk usage solution.

However, it give us a lot of maintenance time because the disks are
finit resource. Ok, i could limit the policy of images? Yes, i could.
But this is a parameter that is not exact at install time because is not
simple to prevent the day to day from a image, nor the week to week and
so on.

I could suggest, IMHO, to put a additional parameter like
"partition-limit-size: 80%" that will expire the older images (but newer
than the expire politics) to free the necessary space to make the new
fresh image.

This is my initial thoughts to make it a less maintenance to the network
administrator.

Regards,
