I don't think there are "full" nor "diferential" backup with Dirvish.

Dirvish builds directory stuctures containing references (links) to
files on disk.

Each snapshot can be considered a full backup. However overall disk
space used is optimized by using hard links, which means that each
single file (or version of file) will be stored on disk just once. This
is why a Dirvish bank cannot span multiple filesystems (because hard
links are not allowed across multiple filesystems).
