I take over a Linuxsystem and I am a dirvish greenhorn.

Could someone explaine how dirwish knows what kind of data it should
backup? There are two tree entrys. The first one (commented out) is
clearly. But what about >tree: :hgdc2_hg<?

Could someone explain to how I should read this? Especial the colon
notation!
