Songsong,
Using XML is outside the scope of GNU Radio. GRC does use XML to define the
blocks, but it's not in the same way that you would be using it for your
cognitive radio applications. Your best bet is to look into using Expat or
Xerces in C/C++ or one of the various Python XML parsers.
