Here is what I have on my computer at this point: I have a bunch of applications (seen in the control panel/Programs/Programs and Features) named: Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable (x64) Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x64 9.0.21022 Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x64 9.0.30729.6161 Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable - 10.0.40219 Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (x64) I just downloaded and installed the following Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) - 14.0.23026 Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) - 14.0.23026 but i get the same error. Is there anything else that is required? thanks Achilleas
