Had a signal intelligence contest kickoff yesterday, multiple groups of students with windows, with a fresh radioconda installation, just works.

(But that's radioconda with GNU Radio 3.10 instead of 3.8)
For USRPs, you need to install the Zadiq driver.

Everything seems to be working fine.
However I have no luck when I connect my RTL-SDR dongle.
The device is not recognised.
