If the apps can't find the libraries, then the problem could be that the installer is unable to update the PATH of Windows. So try to do this manually. You will need add the paths where are contained the libraries that gnustep apps can't find. Here an explanation about how do this: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000549.htm Hope this help.
