Ah, well that's different - they get a chunk of the telecomms revenue, and I
guess you can't upload to their boxes unless you're coming from one of their
IP's. There's ways around it, but you know most people - they won't figure it
out.
On this thing though, there's still only a few people that know a way around
it, but they could seriously abuse it. And of course it's a huge loophole for
domain aggregators, who I would personally take outside and beat to within an
inch of their lives if I ever met one.
Again, it's just all a bit odd. But maybe Register.com *are* that stupid. Me,
I couldn't care either way.
