Support Questions

Is this a good place to send support questions?
I know the support guys are busy "elevating internally", and I have
been driving them nuts for the last 2 days.
So, I thought maybe if some on this list have already had some of my
questions answered, it might lighten the load for support (and I
might get answers faster).
