Has anyone run into this problem?
A user goes to upgrade an existing .ca and checks "Retrieve existing
contact info from Whois" and the data fields aren't filled in
properly. If you then make changes to the fields, so that it doesn't
error when submitting, it fails when trying to process it. I assume
this is because the data doesn't match the fields on the CIRA system.
Is there any way around this?
