I am facing the following situation:
I have registered a domain name (hungary.hm) through MyName.HM. After I have
paid, I got an email from them, saying that it will take approximately 3
weeks(!) until my name will get registered. Until then my domain will be in
an "UNPAID" status. Well, I said OK. However, now I need to change DNS info
for this domain - 5 weeks passed since my registration, and as I see in the
whois, my domain is still in the unpaid status! What is worse, www.myname.hm
doesn't even exist! Their URL now links to hostrack.net or some other server
hosting company. When I asked hostrack, they said "you have to contact
them". Very nice...
I also got this email form hostrack (from another representative), I don't
know why:

Was I fooled? What can I do in a situation like this? What is happening
here?? My credit card was charged, but I cannot access my domain.
Please advise!
