As far as I can see: No.

I must warn though, 

1. that it takes a lot of time, as you have to change nameservers
afterwards from ns28.register.com or something similar to your own. This
involves two confirmational clicks, looking up an email they send, cutting
the url in it, opening that in a browser and confirming again...
If you want to change the technical contact to yourself: same thing.
And the webinterface is muuuuuuch slower than OpenSRS's.

2. if you register a domain by clicking from their manage domain page,
they charge you $35, even though the page clearly says $1; i replied to
the invoice of course, curious if i hear something or have to do 
a chargeback.

O, yes, for the curious: I registered secondchoice.com and
domcoup.com/net/org :-)
