No, we just havn't released the fucntionality to add to an existing
registrant yet.

It's ready, even tested, but with current CIRA events, we opted not to
introduce new code to the system. We suspect that with .ca names beginning
to not work, we'll need all systems working with no new surprises for a few
days.

You will be able to add to an existing CIRA registrant profile soon, and you
will be able to move domains between CIRA profiles. Actually though, our
Manage Domain interface *should* be smart enough to deal with this (once
it's developed).
