another rsp tranfer question

hello guys,
        i am sure this has been answere previously,
but i have around 10 domains registered with another rsp,
and now that i am myself an rsp, i would like them all to be transeferred.
is that possible to include all domain info on a single page and fax it ?
i mean it is very expensive to fax from india ....

also one more thing, a domain has just expired, now will it be possible to
tranfer it ?? ( it expired only a day back )
