the faq says :
"we require a fax signed by the Domain owner on company letterhead with the
following info:
Domain names, owner and Email address.
Current RSP
New RSP's username
i wanted to know :
1. if the domain owner is an individual, whose letterhead ?
2. whats owner and email address ?
3. current RSP's username is required ?

One fax will do, and yes expired domains are transferable currently.
