RACE.cgi

[Lubes Haidamaka, iPromoGroup]

Hello discuss-list,

  Does  anybody  have  any  clue  how  to  make  RACE.cgi to work with
  Cyrillic characters?

  I tried different ways to do that. All I get is

  "Error: cyrillic: Forbidden Char: 0430"

  Please, let me know what to do!
