The current release of RACE.cgi only works with the older character sets
(Chinese, Japanese, Korean). We will be releasing a newer version of the
client code in the next week or so, to bring the code up to date with the
updates installed on the server last wednesday.
This will have all the capabilities you require - in the interim, you can
use the tool provided here:
