I stripped out all the unnecessary stuff from the OpenSRS provided
sample renewal script,and made a version that can be run from a shell
console.

You enter the domain and the number of years, and it sends the command
to the server, and tells you if it succeeded or not (and if not, why).

It's very very very simple, and anyone who knows a little perl could
do it themselves, but if anyone wants one premade, feel free to grab
this one.

Rename it to renew.pl, set the permissions to executable by owner
only, change the line pointing to your OpenSRS.conf file and then just
./renew.pl

Use at your own risk.
