Isn't the registry supposed to transfer a domain automatically if they
don't receive a rejection from the losing registry? If the losing
registry blocks the transfer, we should receive a message stating such.
I've always wondered why there are so many "timed out waiting for registry
approval". It really sounds like these registrar transfer requests are
not making it to the registry in the first place.
