What is the best way to make sure my email gets read (and acted on) by staff
*tomorrow*? and not just assigned another ticket number and put in queue?
This name expires on Wednesday and I discovered a clerical error that is
probably preventing its RSP-RSP transfer. Should I phone in the a.m. and get
the email address of the person I am speaking to and send it directly to
him/her? I would never abuse the privelage, but can I send it to one of you
OpenSRS folks who monitor this list?
