This may or may not help in your situation... Since you're mentioning an
RSP<-->RSP transfer, then I assume it's already with OpenSRS.

Since at this time, OpenSRS has not locked down the ability to renew domains
not within your RSP account, just renew it yourself from your account, and
deal with the transfer later.
