You're in the right place. If the link doesn't show up,
it means the owner has already authorized the transfer and
it's on it's way to the registry.
What's the status of the order? If it's "Pending Registry
Approval", then the owner has done their thing...

Click on domain that is pending owner approval
name comes up
No link at the bottom to resend the notification - where did this move to ?
