I had the same issue a month or two ago. This situation occurs when the
OpenSRS server cannot successfully parse (or contact) the losing registrar's
whois (output), therefore not successfully extracting the admin-c e-mail.
You will need to wait a few days before OpenSRS staff will manually have a
look at the current whois record and authorize the transfer auth message.
