The only problem here is that I can't find moo using it. Where are the
dot.moo nameservers?

Subject: TLD Finder - a bookmark for all
For some time I have been getting lots of questions concerning who has
what top level domain. I always refer people to the NIC/IFWP survey
located at http://www.earth-net.net/GTLD/ - but I've recently added a top
level domain finder at:
http://www.pccf.net/cgi-bin/root-servers/whereis-tld
The TLD finder will search the namespace of all root service providers to
see if a tld exists. If I'm missing any RSP let me know.
