Renewal Bug in RWI

[Tiger Technologies]

When editing a domain in the RWI, there's an option for "Let Domain 
Expire (without further notification)".

I checked that radio button for two domains a week ago. Today I received 
30 day renewal notices for both of those domains in the daily reminder 
message. It appears that the radio button setting is being ignored.

I can provide the domain names in question to OpenSRS if this is 
something that needs investigating on that level; just contact me offlist.
