Now that is really frustrating! We just went to a great deal of effort to
determine which of the domains in our RWI have been moved to other
registrars (21 so far), so we could set them to "Let Domain Expire" and
avoid sending incorrect renewal notices. If that feature doesn't work,
we're back to square one.
Please submit this problem to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the hopes they will do
something about it quickly. I will watch my renewal notices closely and do
the same if and when I see the problem occur.
Sending renewal notices for domain names no longer registered at OpenSRS
makes us all look unprofessional at best.
