BUlk Register.com transfers

Hi,

can any body let me know as to till what period can one renew the doamin
after it has expired ?? also any experiences with bulkregister.com ?? i
hae a domain which expired on 16th march with bulk register and and i
renewed with opensrs after almost  a week and it is still in Pending
Registry approval ???
