I am having this error for 3 days already. It might be a problem with
NSI registry but not OpenSRS. At least I got such reply from OpenSRS
recently.
On the other hand you can do it from Place Order Manually and it works
just fine. So, I guess, this is something from OpenSRS side.
Like Forrest Gump used to say: "Life is like a box of chocolates - you
never know what you're gonna get..." :-)
