Seems that some of our customers are receiving very official looking paper
invoices from a registrar (who shall remain nameless right now). These
invoices encourage them to "renew" their domains with the registrar, or risk
losing them. They also suggest several other variations of their domain
(other TLDs) that they may want to register at the same time.

All is very official (except for a spelling mistake in the first sentence)
and is designed to confuse and mislead customers.

Further, the contact information could only have been gathered from WHOIS.

Finally, the back of the invoice lists the TUCOWS Terms and Conditions,
leading me to believe they are an OpenSRS reseller.

To whom should I complain about this a) sneaky tactic and b) illegal use of
the WHOIS information?
