I saw same error half year ago.
Official answer from support@ was:
"This error happened because briefly our system couldn't verify the existance of
the .ua nameserver. I see on your domain it has now been updated to use these
.ua nameservers, so the problem has gone away."
BTW, those .ua nameservers was added instantly to other domain.
Weird.
