Hey all,
A client of ours is receiving a rather strange error when they
try to set their nameservers... They are receiving the message:
"Unable to update nameservers: Modification Failed. Domain not
yet officially registered."
Now, the domain is most certainly registered - and expires on
12th July 2002. The fact that they can log into the management
interface should speak for itself...
They are trying to set the nameservers to our servers, so I
know there's nothing wrong with them (and have checked with
other domain names - all seems ok). I get the same message
regardless of whether I use our own script, or the central
cgi on tucows site (manage.opensrs.net)
Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
