Of those 3 tickets, only the first, sent Jan. 5th, is past the stated
service level.

Due to the Holidays and the Big Switch, we are currently backed up on 3
days worth of Email. You will get an answer but it won't be in the usual
lightening quickness.

In the future, I suggest you use the Reseller Email address to speed
things up a bit.
