I would imagine that this is only a short term solution.  Before long you'll be in the 
same shape you were in when you retired the support@ alias.  Why not impliment a long 
term solution and keep the common address.  One that strikes me is a key in the 
subject or body that is given to resellers to give them priority routing in your mail 
system.  If a key get's discovered simply change that resellers key. 

I really appreciate the OpenSRS folks, please don't look at this as a complaint.  You 
all really do a bang up job, it's really nice to be able to talk back and forth like 
this!  I recently mailed to support because I forgot about the change and ended up 
waiting for for 5 days or so. :-(
