Were they "internal" domains or domains of your customers?

I reason I ask is that if they were internal then you should have a very
good trail for the ACK messages, if it was a customer, sometimes they can be
less than truthful when it comes to admiting to doing this properly.

I had one customer reply to NSI but they forgot the trailing "]" in the
subject line and NSI took their dandy time and then declined it.
