Same problem here, we have started the transfer already five times, the
domain owner has approved the transfer, just NSI don't let the domain
go. I've found an NSI-Tracking number in the RWI, so i wrote to NSI for
explainations, but even they promise to answer in 24 hours, nothing
happens 'till now..
