There seems to be a regex problem on the RWI or it's a mistake imposed by the registry. It's not possible to submit a phone no. like
+39.01111111111 You have to use: +39.1111111111 However, this phone no. is NOT valid. Italy requires the "0" after the country prefix. This is quite new, I remember that I didn't have this problem some days ago. I would also like to point at a small nuisance I discovered while troubleshooting this. Originally, there were TWO errors. I corrected one of them but was not able to even get it saved because of the other "error". I would expect that the pending forms behave the same way the "Place order" forms work. That is: save to pending and show a warning. This way one could at least fix the "fixable" errors and save them. And an additional note: the other error was that only 1 year was chosen for registration time. I find this to be the no. 1 error happening here. Couldn't you provide configuration options like this: - always offer minimum registration time - always offer lock doamin - always offer auto-renew domain etc. I think you get what I mean :-) Kai -- Kai Schtzl, Berlin, Germany Get your web at Conactive Internet Services: http://www.conactive.com IE-Center: http://ie5.de & http://msie.winware.org
